• Glazing & Access Upgrades: Complete replacement of external windows and doors across specified ground-floor elevations.
• Facilities Modernisation: Comprehensive interior refurbishment and fit-out of the ground-floor toilet areas.
• Site Management & Safety: Execution of internal and external works within an operational cultural venue.
