LyMar Contracts ltd are delighted to have completed in conjunction with The General Design Office of Clare Co Cothe refurbishment of the former County Library HQ, Bellevue House, Harmony Row, Ennis. The works will include a complete internal redecoration with the provision of new mechanical & electrical services including the installation of solar panels and new electric heating system. The building is a protected structure and as such a Section 57 application will be submitted to the planning department.

The building will be the new home to Clare tourism
