Since 2001, we’ve been at the forefront of private and commercial construction and civil engineering across the Midwest, and this project stands as a testament to our commitment to excellence and innovation.

Scope of Work: Our involvement encompassed a comprehensive upgrade to enhance the college’s functionality and sustainability.

• Installation of External Wall Insulation
• Replacement of Windows and Doors
• A full Mechanical and Electrical upgrade, incorporating Heat Pumps and PV Panels
• An extensive internal upgrade, improving both aesthetics and utility

Despite the complexity of integrating modern systems into buildings constructed in diverse eras (1930s, 1970s, & 1990s), our team delivered the project on schedule, meeting the Department of Education’s stringent timeline requirements.

A notable challenge was the management and coordination of the external envelope works across four buildings, each designed and built in different stages. Our team’s expertise in navigating these complexities ensured a seamless integration of new and existing structures, demonstrating our ability to tackle and overcome the most demanding projects.
